This warning is not to be discounted, the purchaser of any of the FlowPower fitness programs (the “Programs”) or other FlowPower products and services assumes all risks of injury in the use of the Programs, any equipment and any other FlowPower products and services. Consult your physician, assess your fitness level and follow all safety instructions before beginning this or any exercise program.
The Programs are extreme, high intensity and physically demanding exercise programs. Your safety requires use of common sense and a high level of responsibility and self-awareness to avoid injury and only you can know if you are in sufficient physical condition to perform the Programs workouts. Please only proceed with the Programs if you accept this responsibility and feel that you are able to undertake an extreme physically demanding fitness program. If at time you feel you are exercising beyond your current fitness abilities or you feel any discomfort, pain, dizziness or nausea you should discontinue exercise immediately and reconsider your use of the Programs or the particular Program routine.
You should not attempt the Programs workouts without first consulting your medical provider. If you have a history of knee, shoulder, or spinal (back or neck) problems or injuries, you should seek medical help before embarking on the Programs.
Accordingly, by purchasing and using the Programs, you agree that FlowPower Inc., FlowPower USA Corp., their respective owners, directors, subsidiaries, agents, employees, agents, affiliates and related companies (collectively the “Companies”) will not be liable to any person or entity for any damage, injury or loss caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the Programs or and workouts, guides, advice or any other FlowPower products and services, or content.
The Companies does not represent to you that you will achieve any specific result in using the Programs or and other of the Companies’ products and services. While all testimonials we use to promote the FlowPower and other of the Companies’ products and services are from real people who have used them, every person is unique and your results from using the Companies’ products and services will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your body type and how you follow the Programs and use other of the Companies’ products and services.
